Dr. Tony Humphreys

Dr. Tony Humphreys is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Author and National and International Speaker.

He began his career as a Clinical Psychologist in State Psychiatric and Psychological Services in England and Ireland and since 1990 has been working in private practice in Ireland.

He works with individuals, couples, families, schools, local communities and the business community. He is the Director of three National University of Ireland courses which are run in University College Cork and in an outreach centre in Dublin.

He is Co-Founder of  The Irish Association of Relationship Mentors and a Member of Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), IARM. 

 

 
Helen Ruddle

Dr. Helen Ruddle

Dr. Helen Ruddle is a Counselling Psychologist and Author. 

Dr. Ruddle started her career as a Research Officer, working in Manchester University, the Paediatric Department in Cork University Hospital and University of Limerick.

Since the early 1990s there have been two dimensions to her career: employment in Research in third level colleges and Psychotherapy Private Practice.

In 1991, Dr. Ruddle became Co-Founder and Director of Policy Research Centre, National University of Ireland of which she later became Chair until 2007.   She has also been working in a Private Practice since 1993. 

She is Co-Founder of The Irish Association of Relationship Mentors, a member of Irish Association Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and has published numerous books and articles
